Sky Property INC works out of 2104 W Saratoga St in Baltimore, and we've built our business on the two categories of work that homeowners find hardest to buy well: exterior hardscape and interior renovation. Concrete, decks, paver patios and retaining walls outside. Kitchens, bathrooms, framing, drywall, flooring and trim inside.
What connects them is that in both, the quality lives underneath. A patio is only as good as the base beneath it. A retaining wall is only as good as the drainage behind it. A tiled shower is only as good as the membrane behind the tile. Those are the parts a homeowner can't inspect and can't compare between quotes — so they're the parts we refuse to shortcut.
We're a registered Maryland S-Corporation, fully insured, and we pull the permits and coordinate the inspections that a job requires. Every project starts with a free on-site visit and a written scope, so you know exactly what's included before you commit to anything.
