Working in Catonsville
Catonsville has a lot of homes from the first half of the twentieth century, and their original concrete has had a long life. Front steps that have settled, walkways that have heaved, and driveways that are spalling are the most common calls — and on steps in particular, replacement is usually safer and cheaper than repeated patching.
Inside, we do a steady volume of framing, drywall and full-room renovation in these homes. Older houses rarely have square walls or level floors, so we plan for that instead of pretending it isn't there.
Baltimore County permits and inspections are part of most of these jobs and we handle that end of it.
