Working in Baltimore
Baltimore construction is its own discipline. Rowhome backyards are narrow, alley access is tight, and a lot of the housing stock predates the codes we build to today. Our crews work in the city every week, so we already know how to get a concrete truck to a Pigtown backyard and how to tie new framing into a hundred-year-old party wall.
The work we do most here is concrete — rear pads, walkways, front steps and alley aprons — along with interior remodeling where owners are upgrading kitchens and baths in older homes. We also build decks and roof-access landings where the lot allows, and we handle the permit legwork that goes with them.
Because we're headquartered in the city, response time is short. We can usually walk a Baltimore project within a few days of your call, and if a question comes up mid-job the answer doesn't take a week.
