Sky Property INC builds paver patios and fire pits for homeowners in Glen Burnie and the surrounding Anne Arundel County communities. About 20 minutes south from our Baltimore shop, so scheduling a site visit is straightforward.

Paver patios fail for one reason: base preparation. We excavate to full depth, install and compact open-graded or crushed stone in lifts, screed a bedding course, then set pavers tight with proper edge restraint and polymeric sand. Add a built-in fire pit or seating wall and you have an outdoor room the family uses from April through November.
