Parkville is largely mid-century construction on compact lots, and the concrete from that era has done its time. Front walks, steps and short driveways are the bread-and-butter work here, and on smaller pours we can typically demo and place in the same visit.
Interior work runs to framing and drywall — finishing a basement, opening a wall between kitchen and dining room, or repairing water damage properly rather than skim-coating over it.
Smaller lots mean deck design has to be efficient. We size decks to leave usable yard rather than swallowing it, and we handle the county permit for anything above grade.
